The Sierra Silent Soarers is a social organization dedicated to promoting and enjoying radio controlled
gliders and electric aircraft. S3 has been an AMA chartered club for over two decades, and has members
of all ages, abilities and walks of life, with the common interest of building and flying RC sailplanes,
gliders and electric planes. Membership is open to the general public and visitors are always welcomed.

Monthly contests and Funflys are heald between April and October on Sundays, schedule TBD,
and are held in Washoe Valley

Beginners and spectators are always welcomed!
